Angie works with many top teams developing their Leadership Practice and impact by improving relationships, dynamics and strategic thinking with programmes lasting between one and three days.
Through a process of development she brings them to a place where they can understand culture and its importance in achieving their strategy; identify their key stakeholders and know exactly how to tackle them.
Through her own timeline activity, teams are encouraged to stretch beyond their current thinking, develop future plans that all members feel they can be a part of and fully plan the route to achieving this.
These results are arrived at in a wide variety of ways designed to best suit the team- from direct and challenging facilitated discussions to self discovery tools and 360º feedbacks - the results are long term and sustained.
These programmes are usually off site and can be run in hotels, conference centres or self catered "retreat" locations where the teams can work together in less formal surroundings ... often with even more powerful results.
