It's not just coaching.....it's offering a Secure Base

Many Senior Leaders shy away from attending any kind of formal training, even when they do attend their deepest issues. The very ones that may be scuppering the next stage of success are studiously hidden from view. Others have got where they are through a combination of talent and good luck and arrive at the board table without a clue of how to put a strategic plan together or how to raise their leadership "game" to the next level.
