Leadership Offsites, Retreats and Away Events
The offsite can last between two and three days and are designed to be an end in themselves, although they may always be combined with ongoing coaching, mentoring or secure base work.
The content may vary and is designed for the individual client; however programmes mainly cover Leadership, High Performance, High Level teams, Strategy and/or strategic change.
The outcome involves a full timeline for up to three years with both action plan and targets set, presented as a full report within three days of programme end.
The more intangible benefits will include positive Leaders with a high degree of self awareness, having reviewed their current leadership practices and kept the good things, while adding new ways of leading that are more motivational and add value to a 21st century operation.

In all cases a perceptibly different team is built. One which recognises there is little time for behavioural difficulties and that we need to put all else aside in order to focus on the one goal of absolute success. In these high performance situations posturing and hiding have no place. Angie's approach is both nurturing and challenging quickly helping the team to see and understand this - and more importantly carry it back to work!
The retreats can be run in hotels or we have a variety of private locations that may be used.
