Diversity and Inclusion
As a key developer of Leadership and strategic talent Angie has worked with global diverse organisations over the past ten years. The past two years have seen her move further into the gender space - giving talks and holding retreats and seminars based upon "VIVE!" a leadership model that explores unconscious bias whilst keeping a focus on the need for authentic, resilient leaders in the current climate.
The result is that she comes highly recommended by many of the leading global D and I Directors for her knowledge and ability to address the "elephant in the room" in a robust and understanding manner.
Having worked with a leading technology company Angie has taken "VIVE!" to a new dimension. She and her technical team have been running a global version - via WebEx - enabling delegates to learn and share together in the face of current reticence to travel.
Angela has also facilitated many panel events in this area from Barclays International Women's Day event for its top 200 women across the globe to lunchtime panel debates on the differences between the "D "and the "I" - how to move from the process of diversity to the inclusion and where it makes a practical difference. More recently she hosted an evening event for Citi as part of their Diversity week.
In addition Angie works extensively in the area of Unconscious Bias.
